Terms of Service

These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and subscription services provided by VPNJB. Creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use the service means that you have read and agreed to follow these rules. If you disagree with any part, stop using the relevant services.
Service Scope and Applicability
VPNJB provides access to international routes, subscription delivery, account management, and client download links to improve connectivity when accessing international websites and online services. The current network covers 100+ countries / 190+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes may change due to maintenance, network conditions, or resource adjustments. Refer to the information shown in your account panel.
The service is provided through the monthly subscription or data package selected by the user. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month from the activation date; data packages remain available until used and never expire. When a monthly subscription is upgraded mid-cycle, the difference is converted based on the remaining days. Plan prices, traffic allowances, and billing details are shown on the plans page and at checkout.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials, subscription details, and client import information, and are responsible for activity under their account. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the account panel.
The same account may be used on any number of the holder’s own devices, but the account, subscription details, and service access are intended only for the account holder and devices they reasonably manage. Reselling, renting, publicly sharing subscription details, or continuously sharing an account with unrelated people is prohibited. The account holder is responsible for traffic usage, account risks, and service interruptions caused by public distribution, resale, or improper sharing.
Lawful Use Requirements
When using VPNJB, users must follow the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the areas where the service is actually used. The service must not be used to infringe others’ rights, compromise network or system security, or engage in other unlawful conduct. Sending malicious programs, conducting unauthorized system probes, disrupting network facilities, misappropriating another person’s account, distributing illegal content, or otherwise affecting the normal operation of this service or third-party services is prohibited.
Users are responsible for determining whether the content they access, online services they use, and data processing activities they conduct comply with applicable rules. VPNJB provides network connectivity and does not create, publish, or trade the content users access, nor does it guarantee the content, policies, continued operation, or outcomes of third-party websites.
Service Availability and Liability
International routes may be affected by the user’s network, the status of the destination service, device settings, route maintenance, and public network congestion. VPNJB may maintain routes, allocate resources, and make necessary technical adjustments based on operating conditions, but does not guarantee that every route, location, or third-party service will remain available in every network environment.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNJB is not responsible for connection interruptions, data loss, or indirect losses caused by device failures, incorrect configuration, exposed account credentials, changes to third-party platforms, public network abnormalities, or events beyond reasonable control. Users should keep independent backups of important materials and confirm connection status and destination service availability before conducting important activities.
Suspension and Termination
If a user resells subscriptions, publicly distributes account credentials, maliciously consumes service resources, interferes with route operations, infringes third-party rights, violates applicable laws and regulations, or seriously breaches these terms, VPNJB may restrict relevant functions, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. The service may display the relevant status in the account panel before or after taking action. Users with objections may submit a ticket through the account panel to explain the situation.
Users may stop using the service and manage any unexpired subscription or remaining traffic themselves. Stopping account use does not automatically refund an order and does not alter traffic or payment records already generated. Applications related to refunds are governed by the separate refund policy, including its eligibility requirements, scope, and process.
Terms Updates and Related Policies
VPNJB may update these terms when its services, technical arrangements, or compliance requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page, with the month of the last update indicating the version change. Continuing to use the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised content. If you disagree, stop using the service.
