Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains what data VPNJB handles when providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services, why it is processed, how long it is retained, and how users can request access or deletion.
Data Collected and Processing Purposes
VPNJB registration does not require an email address; a username and password are sufficient, so an email address is not required. The service processes the username, authentication credentials, and account status submitted by users to create accounts, verify logins, and maintain subscription benefits. Users should keep their account credentials secure and avoid sharing them with others.
Order records include the selected plan, order status, payment result, refund status, and necessary records related to delivery. This information is used to confirm whether a subscription is active, reconcile accounts, apply the refund policy, and resolve order disputes. VPNJB also processes necessary access analytics, such as page views, browser type, device category, and error events, to monitor site operation, fix issues, and improve page usability. Access analytics are not used to record which websites users visit through international routes.
No-Logs Principles and Connection Information
VPNJB does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, search queries, or traffic records that could be used to reconstruct specific activity. The service does not analyze content transmitted through a subscription for advertising profiles.
While routes are operating, the service may temporarily process technical status required to establish a connection, as well as error information generated during troubleshooting. This information is used only to maintain the service, identify anomalies, and handle troubleshooting requested by users; it is not used to build long-term activity profiles. After troubleshooting ends, related temporary connection status is deleted or de-identified. Order, account, and subscription status are not browsing activity logs and are managed for their respective purposes.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, session identifiers, and necessary security settings. This data preserves the page state selected by users, avoids repeated logins, and allows the user panel to read account sessions correctly.
Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, login status and some interface preferences may need to be set again. Disabling necessary storage may affect login, order viewing, or subscription delivery, but it does not change the scope of data processing described in this policy.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
VPNJB supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments may be processed by the relevant payment channel or payment service provider. Payment credentials submitted on a payment page are received by the relevant processor under its own rules. VPNJB generally receives only the payment result, transaction identifier, and order status needed to complete an order, rather than storing complete payment credentials directly in a site form.
Payment channels process data under their own privacy terms. VPNJB uses received payment results only for order confirmation, account reconciliation, risk handling, and refunds. A full refund without a stated reason may be requested within 7 days of the first payment; refund processing requires retaining necessary records linked to the original order.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account information is retained while the account remains active to provide ongoing login, subscription, and order lookup functions. Order and payment results are retained for the period necessary to complete transactions, process refunds, resolve disputes, and meet necessary accounting requirements. Access analytics are preferably used in aggregated or de-identified form, and details directly linked to an account are not retained after their analytics purpose is complete.
Users can log in to the user panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through the ticket entry. VPNJB first verifies that the request corresponds to the account, then processes data that can be deleted. Information that cannot yet be deleted because of an incomplete order, refund processing, security dispute, or necessary accounting records will be cleared after the relevant purpose ends. Deleting an account may also end access to subscriptions and historical order lookups that depend on that account.
Policy Updates and Scope
This policy applies to data processing on the VPNJB website, user panel, and subscription services. If service features, payment processes, or data handling practices change, the updated policy will be published on this page and the last-updated month at the top will be changed. Important changes involving processing purposes or user rights will be explained in a visible notice on the site.
Before continuing to use the service, users can review this page to understand the current rules. If there are questions about the handling of a specific order or account data, submit an inquiry through the user panel's ticket entry so it can be handled after account verification.
