VPNJB Client Setup Guide

Before starting setup, decide which device you will use and keep a browser available that can open the VPNJB user panel. Accounts, orders, and subscription details are managed in the user panel; Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and Linux clients are used to import subscriptions and establish connections. Marketing pages do not provide static installers or expose real subscription addresses. Get both the client and your dedicated subscription from the panel after signing in.

If you plan to use multiple devices, complete the entire process on one device first and confirm that a route connects normally before repeating the import on the others. VPNJB supports unlimited devices, so you do not need to purchase a separate plan for each one. However, subscriptions are linked to your account and should be stored only on your own devices and in a trusted password manager. Do not paste them into public posts, shared documents, or public screenshots.

Also distinguish between the user panel and the client window. The browser-based panel shows plan status, traffic usage, and subscription options; the client installed on your system reads the configuration. Later steps move between these two interfaces. Once these checks are complete, create an account and then open the Plans section.

Open the VPNJB account creation page and set a username that is easy for you to recognize, along with a unique password. No email address is required; the username and password are enough to create the account. Before submitting, check that the username is complete and save the password securely. You will use these credentials to access the same user panel for orders, subscriptions, and client management.

If the page opens the account area after submission, account creation is complete. If it remains on the form, read the field guidance, correct the details, and submit again instead of creating multiple accounts. Existing users can open the sign-in page from the right side of the navigation without creating another account. After signing in, the panel shows sections for the account overview, plans, clients, and orders.

No usable routes will appear immediately after account creation because subscription access is delivered once a plan becomes active. Next, open the Plans section and choose a monthly subscription or traffic package based on your actual usage. Do not buy so-called shared configurations from third-party pages or replace your own panel entry with someone else’s subscription.

After signing in to the user panel, open the Plans section. VPNJB monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; traffic resets monthly on the activation date. Consider how many devices you typically use, then estimate traffic from video, file transfers, online meetings, and everyday browsing. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited traffic; usage is deducted from the allowance of your current plan.

If your usage is irregular, you can choose a traffic package that remains valid until used up: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Monthly subscriptions suit ongoing use with a new allowance each month, while traffic packages suit longer gaps between sessions when you want to retain unused traffic. After confirming your plan, open the order confirmation screen. Check the plan name, traffic allowance, and amount due, then choose a payment method offered on the page: Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to the user panel to check the order status. Do not repeatedly create the same order. If payment is complete but the status has not updated, keep the current order and consult the Help Center for billing and order-processing guidance.

Once the plan is active, the account overview begins showing subscription and usage details. When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the difference is calculated against the remaining days, so read the order details shown in the panel before changing plans. VPNJB offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund; follow the refund policy and the order record in the user panel for the application process.

After the order status confirms activation, open Account Overview. The subscription option is usually in the same area as the current plan, remaining traffic, and expiry status. Choose the client entry or subscription import method provided for your device. If the panel offers both copy and one-click import, use one-click import when a compatible client is already installed; otherwise copy the subscription and add it manually in the client.

A subscription link is the entry point a client uses to read route configuration, not a normal web address. You do not need to open it in a browser after copying it, and you should not submit it to unrelated websites for conversion. The address below only illustrates the format; it cannot connect to VPNJB and contains no real account information:

For actual setup, copy the dedicated content currently shown in the user panel. Keep the panel signed in after copying, then open the client for your platform. A successful import displays a route list. If the list is empty, update the subscription or refresh the configuration in the client, then check whether the plan is still active. Do not manually change protocol parameters in the subscription; the configuration delivered by the panel is already prepared for the routes.

If you cannot find the subscription option, first confirm that you are signed in to the account that placed the order, then check in Orders that the plan is active. If you still cannot confirm it, open a ticket from the panel for order and subscription support. Button locations vary by system, but the workflow is the same: get the client for your device from the user panel, add the subscription in the client, and refresh the route list. Obtain the client from the download section of the user panel. This page does not provide static installers and does not require you to enter server addresses, ports, or protocol keys manually.

After importing the subscription and refreshing it, choose a region from the route list that matches your current task. Select the relevant region when you need content associated with a specific location. For everyday browsing, work, or AI Tools, you can start with a geographically closer route. VPNJB covers 100+ countries and 190+ routes; the exact routes shown depend on the current subscription configuration.

After clicking Connect, watch for the client status to change to Connected. Selecting a route alone does not mean the connection is established; wait for the status icon or system network indicator to change. Then open the target website or app and confirm that the page loads, the account area displays normally, and the required features work. If only one app fails while browser access works, first check whether the app is excluded by the client’s per-app rules.

You can also open the site’s My IP page to compare your outbound details before and after connecting. You do not need to switch repeatedly among routes during verification. First confirm that one route completes the current task reliably, then adjust the region if needed. Streaming services and AI Tools may return different results based on account region, content licensing, and their own policies; a working route does not mean every third-party service follows the same rules.

After confirming that the connection works, repeat “get subscription—import—refresh—connect” on other devices. VPNJB supports unlimited devices, but all devices share the traffic allowance of the selected plan. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, while traffic packages remain valid until used up. When using multiple devices, monitor total usage in Account Overview.

If the client reports a subscription update failure, return to the user panel to confirm that the plan is active, then copy the complete subscription again and replace the old entry. Do not treat the example address as a real subscription, and do not leave spaces before or after the address. If routes appear but cannot connect, try another route in the same region, then check system network permissions and the client status. If no routes appear at all, troubleshoot the subscription import before changing regions.

If performance changes only in the evening or on a particular network, reconsider the direct, relayed, and dedicated route options. Route type affects link structure, latency, and peak-hour performance, but no single option suits every device and task. For order status, refund requests, client permissions, subscription refreshes, and connection issues with specific apps, use the relevant category in the Help Center. When submitting an issue, state the platform, the client’s current status, the selected route type, and the troubleshooting steps already completed. Do not include your dedicated subscription in public content. If support staff need to follow up, open a ticket from the user panel so the order and account details remain in the same support thread.
